Job Title: Reservations and Customer Services Agent

Location: Crawley, United Kingdom
Reports to: Commercial Manager, Managed Fleet, Gatwick
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with an hour break
Salary: £22,000 to £28,000 per annum + benefits
SUMMARY:
Network Aviation Group, the leading Airline Management and Cargo GSA have the following job vacancy based from their offices in Crawley. The company operates a managed fleet of leased B747-400F aircraft operating from Europe into Africa.
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible individual to join the customer services team. As part of the team, you will be involved in the sales and customer services for the managed fleet as well as being involved with other airlines represented by the company as a GSA. This exciting and rewarding role would suit a person who is organised, has the ability to learn the role quickly, work within a team environment, and additionally work well under their own initiative to meet the company’s requirements.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Reservations and Customer Services Agent is principally responsible for:
- Being responsible for taking bookings and providing post-flight information to clients
- Processing and responding to quote requests.
- Ensuring the optimum load utilisation of the scheduled flights
- Coordinating with relevant parties such as handling agents, trucking companies and overseas offices
- Dealing with all types of customer service matters as they occur
- Assisting with freight tracing when needed.
- Other reasonable work-related requests as directed by the Line Manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
- Ideally, previous demonstrable experience in a customer service position in the aviation industry; however, as on-the-job training is provided, all levels of experience will be considered.
- A demonstrable passion for both aviation and service delivery to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience of interaction at all levels including clients and senior management.
